Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Rates 2012
The rates quoted below are per person, per night based on two adults sharing a double or twin bedded room with private bathroom, dinner in the Teän Restaurant, full English breakfast, daily newspaper, hospitality tray and VAT at the current rate of 20%. Personal bookings for five nights or more based on the tariff shown above attract a 10% discount if prepaid in full by BACS (preferably) or cheque prior to 1st March 2012.
Inclusive Drinks Offer 2012
Personal bookings based on the above tariff for five nights or more include selected drinks from the bar and a selection of house wines at dinner, between 4th April - 15th July, (excluding Whitsun Week 2nd June - 8th June) and 1st September - 12th October.

Booking Conditions 2012
Tariff
The above tariff shows our terms for dinner, bed and breakfast, per adult, per night, inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%. No allowance can be made for meals or courses not taken. We reserve the right to adjust the tariff should it become necessary.
Single Supplement
Single occupancy of a double room will incur a supplement of 10% of the full adult rate excluding 02 June - 08 June & 16 July - 31 August 2012. Single occupancy of a double room 02 June - 08 June & 16 July - 31 August 2012 will incur the cost of the full double adult rate.
Children's Bed & Breakfast Rates
Children in their own room pay 70% of the adult rate for bed and breakfast.
Children sharing a room with two adults pay £25 per child, per night for bed & breakfast (under two year olds £12.50). High tea is served at 17:30 or dinner is served in the Bistro at 18:00 and charged for as taken. Children aged 9 or over can dine in the Tean Restaurant.
Provisional Reservations
Provisional reservations may be re-let after 48 hours if no deposit is received.
Deposit and Holiday Insurance
A non-refundable deposit representing one night bed and breakfast or dinner, bed and breakfast per adult is required to confirm your reservation. The hotel strongly recommends insurance for travel to the isles of Scilly. Please ensure that your chosen policy covers all forms of travel delay, including adverse weather conditions when travelling within the UK.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation with less than thirty days notice, or delay, the full cost of your holiday will be debited from your credit card unless we are able to re-let the period reserved.
Arrivals and Departures
It is essential that you advise us of your trael arrangements in order for the hotel van and porter to meet you on the hotel quay. You are welcome to arrive in the morning or afternoon however; we must advise that bedrooms may not be available for occupancy until after 13:00. Our check out time is 10:00.
A charge of £15 per night is made to accommodate a dog sharing your room, on the understanding that any damage is paid for on departure. Our choice of tinned food and biscuits is included, however, no allowance can be made for meals not taken. Special dietary requirements will be charged for at cost. Dogs are not permitted in public areas.
