The Three AA Rosette award is given to outstanding restaurants that demand recognition well beyond their local area

No other restaurant in Scilly has ever been awarded three rosettes and the Tean Restaurant at St Martins on the Isle has retained this award every year since 1996.

The cooking will be underpinned by the selection and sympathetic treatment of the highest quality ingredients.  Timing, seasoning and the judgement  of flavour combinations will be consistently excellent, supported by other elements such as intelligent service and a well chosen wine list.

Around 150 restaurants in 2007 have three rosettes in the United Kingdom
