St Martin's Diving School
Isles of Scilly Diving School B.S.A.C R81 offers courses from a three hour introduction through to a weeks diving course with qualified instructors.
For the complete beginners no experience is needed and an introduction to the underwater world is offered in safe shallow water, with all equipment supplied. The three hour course also involves some on-land basic instruction and some insight into the marine life to be seen underwater. For those wishing to take up the sport or to further their qualifications, the four to five day courses, starting with novice diver, offer training to recognised British Sub Aqua Club standards.
As it is weather permitting bookings must be made in advance.
5 day international qualification Ocean Diver courses also available with advanced booking.
Qualified divers will need to show evidence of training and medical fitness to dive. B.S.A.C novice 1 and P.A.D.I Open Water Divers will normally be taken on boat dives unless they have first satisfactorily completed a shore dive or have a log book showing experience in the UK

Trips are run up to 3 times a week depending on the weather and numbers. Allow three hours, including kitting up time for the trip.
